玻璃体切除眼球壁异物摘出术

The extraction of intraocular foreign body of ocular wall with vitrectomy

为探讨玻璃体切除术在眼球壁异物搞出中的价值，对45例（50枚）眼球壁异物进行了分析。经玻璃体切除术摘出限内异物者35例（77．8％）。其余10例由于严重包裹粘连，采用后路法摘出者4例，方格定位法摘出者5例，总摘出率为97.8％。术后视力增加者25例。玻璃体切除术的意义有：切除混浊的屈光间质，为眼内异物的直视下摘出及视功能恢复创造条件，手术损伤小，能有效地保留原有的视功能；能预防和治疗眼内异物的并发症。

To investigate value of vitrectomy in the extraction of intraocula foreign body (IOFB) of eye wall,45 cases (50 IOFBs)were studied.With vitrectomy IOFBs in 35 cases were extracted The other 10 cases the FBs were enclosed by thick fibrous tissue. In 4 cases FBs were extracted through posterior route,5 so FBs were extracted under lattice localization After surgery the vision increased in 25 cases The value of vitrectomy includes:remove the opaque refractive media so creat a good condition for FB extraction and visual rehabilitaion;the operating hazard is little,so can remain the visual functions bestly; prevent and treat the complications induced by FB.
