项目决策阶段工程造价控制研究

Study on project cost control at project decision-making stage

结合具体工程实例,针对项目决策阶段工程造价控制的特点,研究了项目决策与工程造价的关系以及项目决策阶段影响工程造价的主要因素,研究结果表明,项目决策对造价控制有着极其重要的作用,造价控制不应只注重于施工阶段而忽视项目决策的影响。

Combined with the practical engineering and according to the characteristic of the project project cost at project decision-making stage, the relationship between the project decision-making and the project cost, as well as the influential factors of the cost control at project decision-making stage was studied. The sesults indicate that, the project decision-making has the extremely vital role to the cost control. And the construction stage should not be paid great attention only, but the influence of the project decision-making is neglected.
