摘要
针对建设项目工程造价控制存在的问题,就决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段及竣工结算阶段如何进行工程造价的全过程控制作了论述,通过实行建设项目全过程造价控制,从而提高建设工程项目投资效益。
In view of the questions encountered in engineering cost control of building project, the question that how to realize the whole procedure cost control is discussed from decision phase, design phase, biding phase, construction phase and settlement phase. Author point out that through carrying out whole procedure cost control in building project investment benefits of building projects can be increased.
