摘要
结合工作经验,介绍了政府基建工程中加强设计变更和签证管理的重要性,分析了其目前存在的主要问题,并从业主的角度出发,提出加强管理的措施,以达到合理控制工程造价的目的。
Combined with work experience, the following paper introduces the importance to strengthen the management about alter design and visa in the project which investing by public finance, analyzes its main existing problems, and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the management from the angle of owners, in order to realize proper control of engineering cost.
