设计阶段的造价管理研究

The study on the cost management at design stage

针对工程项目中对工程造价影响比较大的设计阶段工程造价控制进行了一些研究,认识到设计阶段在造价管理方面的重要性,并提出了可行的措施方案,从而避免了由于设计保守、缺少设计监理制度等原因造成的成本巨额浪费的现象。

The paper researches on the project cost control at the design stage which affect greatly on the project costs in projects, realizes the importance of the design stage in the cost management, points out feasible scheme, so as to avoid the large number cost waste caused by the design reservation and the shortage of design supervision system.
