摘要
分析了我国清单计价规范下建筑安装工程费用的基本组成及国际清单计价下费用的构成,并进行了中外对比,针对工程量清单存在的问题,提出了应采取的措施,从而使工程造价计价方法更加科学合理。
The paper analyzes the basic composites of the architectural installation projects in the billing cost regulation in our country and the composites in the international billing cost, compares the differences between Chinese and foreign costs, and points out relative measures according to problems in engineering bills, so as to make the engineering billing cost measures be more scientific and rational.
