对招投标过程中存在的问题进行了分析,从问题产生的原因方面进行了论述,并提出了预防这些问题的办法,解决了招投标过程中腐败现象层出不穷的问题,以达到提高工程招投标工作质量和水平的目的。

The author analyses the existing problems in the process of bidding, discusses from the points of the cause of problems, and provides methods which could prevent this problems, solves the problems that the corruption phenomenon emerges in endlessly in the process of bidding, so as to achieve the goal of promoting the quality and level of project bidding work.
