经骶尾部经肛门括约肌直肠手术49例报告

Mason operation:report of 49 cases

目的探讨经骶尾部经肛门括约肌的直肠手术(Mason 手术)在直肠疾病中的应用。方法以本术式为49例直肠疾病患者进行治疗。结果术后发生伤口感染2例,无手术死亡,未发生直肠瘘和肛门失禁。结论 Mason 手术具有手术径路直达,术野浅而显露好及创伤小等优点,适用于可行局部切除治疗的直肠良恶性疾病。

Objective To evaluate Mason's procedure(transsphincteric surgery of the rectum)in patients suffering from diseases at mid and low rectum.Methods Mason's operation was performed for 49 pa- tients with rectal disease.These included partial rectectomy in 38,Segmental rectectomy and end to end anastomosis in 4,rectovaginal fistula repaire and rectourethral fistula repaire in 4 and other operations in 3.Pathological examination was made in 43 specimens,among them 28 were of rectal villous adenoma ,15 of early rectal carcinoma,2 of advanced rectal carcinoma,3 of rectal carcinoid and 5 of other rectal diseases.Results Two patients developed wound infection after operation.There were no operative death and no incontinence.Conclusions From these preliminary results,Mason's operation is satisfac- tory in good exposure,which was suitable for those lesions that could be locally resected on mid and low rectum.
