中西医结合治疗成人常复发性原发性肾病综合征疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Therapy with Chinese Traditional Medicine Combined with Western for Adult Repeated Recurrent Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨中西医结合治疗成人常复发性原发性肾病综合征（ＰＮＳ）的疗效。方法随机设置治疗组及对照组各４０例，前者用中西医结合治疗，后者单用西医治疗，二者间进行复发率、缓解期、不良反应比较。结果中西医结合组缓解后６个月、１２个月、４８个月的复发率分别为０、５．３％、１５．８％；平均缓解期为３５．７±３．８个月；对照组分别为１８．２％、２７．２％和３６．４％，平均缓解期为１２．５±３．１个月。中西医结合组各期复发率显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；缓解期显著长于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），且不良反应发生率低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论中西医结合治疗常复发性ＰＮＳ疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective To observe the efficacy of TCMWM for adult repeated recurrent primary nephrotic syndrom.Method\ The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40),the former were treated with combined TCMWM therapy,the latter were treated wtih WM alone.We compared the recurrence rate,remission time and sideeffect rate between two group.Results The recurrence rate of the treatment group were 0,5.3% and 15.8% within 6,12 and 48 months after remission respectively,while the control group were 18.2%,27.2% and 36.4% respcetively.The average time of remission was 35.7±3.8 months and 12.5±3.1 months in the two groups respectively.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01) Conclusions The therapeutic effect of TCMWM is better than that of WM alone.
