摘要
本文论述了在《井巷工程》专业课教学中实施创新教育的必要性，并介绍了在教学实践中，培养学生创新素质的一些具体措施及其成效。
This paper discuses the necessarily of implementing innovative education in Shaft engineering, the specialized course in coal mining technology teaching. And, we introduce some specific measures and corresponding effects during the process of our teaching and how we cultivate students＇ innovative quality.
