欠发达地区新农村社会治安问题探析

On Public Security in New Countryside of Less-developed Areas

建设社会主义新农村是党和政府在近阶段的重大历史任务,而维护好欠发达地区农村的社会治安则是社会主义新农村建设顺利进行的保障。当前,应充分认识到欠发达地区农村社会治安建设的重要性,在充分研究欠发达地区农村社会治安现状的基础上,切实加强欠发达地区新农村的社会主义精神文明建设和农民的思想政治教育、完善欠发达地区农村社会治安综合治理、发展欠发达地区农村经济、进一步巩固和加强欠发达地区农村基层组织建设。

The construction of new socialist countryside is the important historic task for CPC and Chinese government, and this construction will be guaranteed by maintaining the rural public security of less-developed areas. At present, it is urgent to realize the importance of the construction of rural public security of less-developed areas. Based on the study of the status quo of rural public security of less-developed areas, this paper points out that we should strengthen the socialist spiritual construction in rural public security of less-developed areas and the farmer＇s political and ideological education, perfect the comprehensive control, develop the rural economy and further strengthen the construction of rural grassroot organization in less-developed areas.
