This paper illustrates the dialectical relationship between the conditions of the people＇s livelihood and diligence and independent commission against corruption, that＇s, the conditions of the people＇s livelihood is the starting and ending points of the ruling party, which reflects the constructive effects of diligence and commission against corruption. Diligence and independent commission against corruption are the basic and focusing points of the ruling party,which promotes the healthy development of the people＇s livelihood. The conditions of the people＇s livelihood and diligence and independent commission against corruption will interact and have the organic unity.
