工程项目管理信息化建设探讨

随着信息时代、知识经济时代的到来,21世纪的工程项目管理必将走向信息化管理,项目管理的核心竞争力也越来越依赖于信息技术。鉴于此,针对工程项目管理信息化过程中的难点进行了分析,指出其建设的意义,在此基础上,对工程项目管理信息化建设的内容、影响因素以及对策进行了探讨。

With the coming of the information age and the knowledge economy age, the 21st century＇s engineering project management will certainly tend to the informatization management and the core competitiveness of project management more and more relies on the information technology. Based on the above analysis, this paper analyzes the difficulty and points out the significance in the process of engineering project management. This paper also discusses the content, influencing factors and countermeasures.
