Calculation of Spectroscopic Parameters of Tm^(3+) Doped K_2YF_5 Single Crystal

摘要 测量了Tm∶K2YF5晶体的吸收光谱,根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Tm3+在K2YF5中的强度参数:Ω2=5.02×10-20cm2,Ω4=3.40×10-20cm2,Ω6=0.38×10-20cm2,以及Tm3+激发能级的自发辐射跃迁几率A,荧光分支比β,荧光寿命τ和积分发射截面∑等光谱参量。 The absorption spectra of Tm : K2YF5 crystal were measured at room temperature. By using the Judd-Ofeh theory, the spectra intensity parameters: Ω2=5.02×10^-20cm2,Ω4=3.40×10^-20cm2,Ω6=0.38×10^-20cm2, were calculated. The spectra charac-teristic parameters, such as radiative transition rates, luminescence branching ratios, total radiative lifetimes and integral cross-section were also calculated. The results showed that the spontaneous rates of 1D2→3F4 and 1D2→3H6 transitions were the highest.
