摘要
全景介绍顾客满意度测评的方法研究体育服务管理问题,首先对顾客满意度概念、内涵、背景和满意度评价做了详细说明,提出在体育服务领域的研究意义,并选择结构方程模型(SEM)为例,用较大篇幅对满意度测评的方法、步骤和计算作了讲述。在理论研究的基础上,还对体育服务业的服务状况进行了实证调查研究,对调查结果进行了满意度测评。
Service industry plays more inlportant role with the change from product economy to service economy. So researches on management mechanism of service industry are significant. The sport service develops fast in recent years. China's sport service is facing a great chance and challenge as 2008 Olympic Games were held. In the introduction to customers' satisfaction, the paper first explains the concepts, background and satisfaction appraise, and then uses structural equation modeling (SEMI) to illustrate the methods, procedure and calculation.
