摘要
运用文献资料法,对我国体育院校运动训练专业本科课程设置的分类、结构、理念和改革思路的研究现状进行梳理,发现在课程设置中存在指导思想的单维性、培养目标的"钟摆"性、重理论轻实践、重学科知识轻人文精神、专业间壁垒森严以及课程结构比例不合理等现象。认为运动训练人才培养不仅要具有宽厚的基础知识,熟悉本学科的最新研究和发展趋势,而且还要掌握一些相关的学科知识,融通文理界限,需要具备"一专多能"的素质。
With the method of literature review, a systematic review and summarization is made on the research on classification, structure, concept and thinking of reform of the curriculum for sports training major in Chinese universities, and the following problems are found: single-dimensional guide principle, swinging tmiuing target, valuing theory more than practice, priority of special knowledge over humanistic spirit, absolute isolation between majors, and inappropriate proportion of courses offered. Consequently the paper proposes that students of sports major should not only have a broad knowledge structure, be familiar with the latest development of sports training, but also master some relative knowledge, and improve knowledge of liberal arts and science as well as abilities.
