摘要
目的研究复合维生素B、还原型谷胱甘肽对大鼠脂肪肝的保护作用。方法雄性Wist-ar大鼠随机分为:正常对照组(NC)、模型对照组(TC)、复合维生素B组(T-VB)、谷胱甘肽组(T-glu)、复合维生素B和GSH联合组(T-glu+B)。以CC14、高脂饲料及酒精水建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,实验组分别灌服Co VB或(和)GSH。NC和TC组灌服生理盐水,28天后测定肝组织SOD活性和MDA含量。结果与NC组相比,TC组的大鼠肝组织MDA含量升高,SOD活性降低;与TC组相比,各实验组大鼠肝组织SOD活性明显升高,MDA含量降低。结论Co VB、GSH可通过抗氧化损伤作用保护大鼠脂肪肝。
Objective To study the effects of complex vitamin B, GSH on the fatty liver rats. Methods 50 male Wistar rats were allocated to normal control group(NC),model control group(TC), intervention of Co VB (T--VB), intervention of GSH (T--glu), intervention of Co VB and GSH (T-- glu+B), respectively. Except NC, other groups were treated with Carbon Tetrachloride (CC14), high fat diet and alcohol water solution to produce fatty liver model. At the same time, experimental groups were drenched Co VB or (and) GSH, respectively. NC and TC group was drenched physiological salt so- lution for 28 days. The MDA content and SOD activity in liver were measured. Results Compared with NC group, TC group rats liver MDA content were increased , but SOD activity was decreased (P〈0.05) ; Compared with TC group, experiment groups liver MDA content were decreased, but SOD activity were increased (P〈0.05). Conclusions Co VB and GSH can protect rats fatty liver by antioxidation.
