摘要 本文的主旨是为推进价值链研究的深入而对价值链研究中的若干关键点进行思考。首先,本文分析了价值链中六种价值构成,充实价值链的价值内涵;接着,从价值结构和价值关系两个侧面展示了价值链研究的基本轮廓;然后,从价值含量和知识含量两个维度对价值创造环节进行分析的基础上,研究了价值链定位和价值链管理;最后,展示了价值链进一步研究的领域。 Some key points about the value chain are researched in this paper in order to advance the value chain study. First, the value chain consisting of six types of values is strengthened. Then, the studying basic framework is structured from value structure and their relationship. Besides, the links of creating value are analyzed from the value content and knowledge content. On this basis, the paper discusses the position and management of the value chain. Finally, it looks into further research about the value chain.
