How to Plot and Avoid Enterprise's Financial Risk

企业财务风险作为一种客观存在的经济风险,人们既不能消灭它,也不能完全逃避它,但是在一定条件下,通过对财务风险的控制,可使风险最小化,进而实现财务成果最大化和财务状况最优化,防范和规避财务风险也是现代财务管理的一项重要工作,本文通过对财务风险现状的考察、分析,提出了对财务风险管理的一些看法,从筹资方面阐述了如何规避企业财务风险,目的是将财务风险控制在最小范围之内。

Enterprise＇s financial risk is an exiting economical risk which can not be eliminated and avoided. How- ever, under certain conditions, the risk can be minimized through financial risk control and thus the financial fruits can be maximized and financial status can be largely utilized. By analyzing the present financial risk status, this paper dis- cusses how to avoid the risk and presents some suggestion on risk control.
