摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一种纤维样成体干细胞,具有很高的可塑性,能分化成多种细胞并具有很高的自我更新能力。它不仅有免疫赦免特性,还具有免疫调节作用,可抑制同种异体免疫反应。在自身免疫性疾病的治疗、器官移植方面起着重要作用,具有十分诱人的前景,也是当前研究的热点和焦点。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a kind of fibroblast-like population, which are pluripotent, self-renewing cells with the potential to differentiate into various cell types. MSCs immune privilege have been exten- sively studied and characterized for their immunoregulatory properties and inhibition aIloimmunization. These cells are useful for autoimmune disease and organ transplantation. At present it has become a hot spot and focat point of investi- gation.
