摘要 目的探讨血液透析水处理系统的消毒方法。方法对两种水处理系统的消毒方法进行比较。结果氧化电位水消毒的方法可使有效氯浓度低于次氯酸钠,消毒达到一样的效果,护士省时省力,可节约大量反渗水。结论用氧化电位水对水处理系统进行消毒可以杀灭各种细菌,确保透析水的质量,从而提高透析的质量。同时氧化电位水安全、可靠,有利于环保,有利于护士的身体健康。 Objective To study the disinfection method on water disposal system used in hemodialysis. Methods Make a comparison between the disinfection methods in two kinds of water disposal systems. Results The method for oxidizing water disinfection, with lower effective ehlorlne density than that of sodium hypochlorite, has the same effect with the method using sodium hypochlorite. In this way the nurses may work with less labor and time and save a large quantity of reverse osmosis water. Conclusion To disinfect water disposal system using oxidizing water may kill all kinds of bacteria to ensure the water quality and improve the quality of dialysis. Meanwhile, oxidizing wa- ter is safety and reliable, which is helpful for environmental protection and nurse' s health.
