中期妊娠药物引产110例分析

Inducing labour at the second trimester of pregnancy:An analysis of 110 cases

目的：探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在中期妊娠引产中的作用。方法：对１１０例中期妊娠健康孕妇分别在第１～３天服用米非司酮５０ｍｇ，每天２次，共６次；于第４天分次服米索前列醇０．２ｍｇ，３小时１次，首剂０．４ｍｇ，观察引产效果。结果：１１０例药物引产的完全流产率为８６．４％，不全流产率为１３．６％，总引产有效率为１００．０％。从分娩发动至胎儿、胎盘娩出为１５．１±９．３ｈ。阴道流血量８２．７±４２．５ｍｌ。阴道流血时间９．１±３．４ｄ。月经复潮３１．１±４．２ｄ。全组无发热及感染。结论：应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行中期妊娠引产有效、方便。

Objective:To determine the effect of mifepristone in combination with misoprostol for inducing labour at the second trimester.Methods:To 110 pregnant women at the second trimester,mifepristone 50 mg was administered twice daily for 3 days,starting from the fourth day,misoprostol 0.2 mg was given every three hours.with first dose 0.4 mg.Results:Complete abortion occurred in 86.4% and incomplete abortion in 13.6%.The delivery time was 15.1±9.3 hours.The amount of vaginal bleeding was 82.7±42.5 ml.The time of vaginal bleeding was 9.1±3.4 days.The menstrual cycle recovered in 31.1±4.2 days.Conclusions:Mifepristione in combination with misoprostol is effective and convenient in inducing labour at the second trimester.
