自重湿陷性黄土场地浸水楼房整体倾斜的监测与分析

摘要 宁夏同心县某住宅楼建造在没有经过处理的Ⅲ~Ⅳ级自重湿陷性黄土地基上,由于紧邻建筑物北侧的排水井未做任何防水措施,致使地基浸水导致建筑物整体向北倾斜和墙体严重开裂,短期内沉降无终止趋向,严重影响建筑物正常使用.对该工程事故的原因、监测结果、场地的黄土湿陷特征、房屋整体倾斜的趋势以及沉降机理进行了较深入的研究分析.该建筑物的湿限沉降监测代价高、经分析得出的结果实用性强,其意义超过一次原生的湿限性试验,对实际的工程工作者具有较高的参考价值. An apartment building in the city of Tongxin, Ningxia, was built on a foundation of unhandled self-weight collapse with a collapsibility grade of Ⅲ-Ⅳ. That there wasn't any waterproof measure in the building's north drainage which caused the inundation of the building's foundation. Thus the whole building tilted northward and the wall was cracked seriously. The ground settlement couldn't be stopped in a short period, which seriously affected the normal use of the building. This article explores the causes of the accident, the monitoring results, the callapsable loess of the site, the tilt tendency of the building, as well as its set- tlement mechanism. The cost of the building's callapsibility and subsidence monitoring is high. The analysis results are greatly useful, even more significant than a primary collapsability test and are of great reference value to the engineering workers.
