摘要
分析了电力系统在运行中断路器分合闸瞬间,由于误操作或断路器机械方面的原因,使三相不能同时合闸或跳闸,或分相操作断路器在正常运行中突然一相跳闸(偷跳)时系统非全相运行的负序分量和零序分量及电气量特点.还分别阐述了断路器分合闸瞬间系统非全相运行而引起的不同期现象对系统的影响.
This paper analyzes the power system in the operation of circuit breakers in the closing moments. For a mis-operation or circuit breaker mechanical aspects,the three-phase can't close at the same time or will trip,or the sub-phase circuit breaker being in normal operation with one-phase a sudden Trip ( steal jump) ,when the system-phase operation bears characteristics of the negative sequence component and zero-sequence components and electrical. The paper also discusses about the circuit breaker reclosure instant-phase system arising from the operation of different systems of the impact of the phenomenon.
