恶性肿瘤患者手术前后血清IL-2/sIL-2R水平检测

Dynamic changes of interleukin2 and soluble interleukin2 receptor in patients with malignant tumors

目的：研究机体免疫功能的变化与恶性肿瘤发生及预后的关系。方法：采用ＭＴＴ比色法及双抗体夹心法对４２例胃癌、３５例乳腺癌、２８例大肠癌手术前后ＩＬ２及ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平进行检测，并以健康献血员作对照。结果：３组恶性肿瘤患者术前ＩＬ２活性明显低于正常人；血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平明显高于正常人。术后肿瘤复发患者ＩＬ２／ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平持续异常；未复发患者ＩＬ２／ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平恢复正常。

Objective:To study the relation between immune function and the occurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors.Methods:The dynamic changes in the level of interleukin2(IL2) and soluble interleukin2 receptor(sIL2R) were investigated in cancer patients(42 gastric cancers,35 breast cancers and 28 colorectal cancers).Results:Compared with normal controls,in cancer patients IL2 activities decreased and serum sIL2R levels increased before surgical removal of malignant tumors.In postoperative followup examination IL2 activities remained to be lower and sIL2R values higher in patients with metastases whereas,IL2 and sIL2R levels returned to normal in patients without metastasis.Conclusions:There is correlation between immune function and the occurrence and metastases of malignant tumors.
