摘要
旋流器是一种有效降低环锭纱细纱毛羽的装置,具有投资少,安装方便的特点。文章用数值模拟的方法分析了旋流器气道内的流场分布,以及旋流器气道的流场分布与成纱质量的关系。结果表明,在环锭细纱机上安装旋流器能够有效地减少纱线的毛羽;旋流器气道内气流分布对纱线的质量有较大的影响;要适当地选择输入旋流器的气压大小,以保证成纱质量。
Cyclone is a nozzle can effectively reduce the ring yarn hairiness device, with less investment, ease of installation feature. The distributions of flow field in cyclone setting were analyzed by means of numerical simulation, and the relations between the distributions of flow field in cyclone setting and yarn qualities were investigated. It is proved that yarn qualities can be improved by using cyclone, choosing a fit air pressure to inlet area, the distribution of flow field in cyclone setting is modified in this way.
