芝麻素对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂肪肝形成的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Sesamin on Lipidemia and Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis in Hyperlipidemia Rats

摘要 目的:观察芝麻素对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂肪肝形成的影响。方法:建立高血脂大鼠模型。予不同剂量芝麻素灌胃治疗8周后,检测大鼠血脂、脂蛋白代谢酶、脂质过氧化物、载脂蛋白及肝指数、肝脏病理变化。结果:芝麻素能显著降低模型组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝指数,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肝酯酶(HL)活性(P<0.05);并使脂肪肝损伤得到明显改善。结论:芝麻素具有调脂和防治脂肪肝的作用,可能与调节脂质代谢及抗氧化作用等有关。 Objective: To investigate the effects of sesamin on lipidemia and the formation of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Methods: Hyperlipidemia rats model were established by feeding high lipid diet. The liver index, total cholesterol ( TC), triglyeeride ( TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C), low density lipoproteincholesterol( LDL-C), lipoprotein lipase (LPL), hepatic lipase ( HL), apoproteinA1 ( ApoA1 ), apoproteinB100 ( ApoB100), superoxidedismutase (SOD)and malonaldehyde (MDA) were measured after administration with sesamin for 8 weeks. As well as, livers were taken for histopathological examination. Results: Therapeutic groups were significantly decreased TC, TG,LDL-C, ApoB100, MDA and liver index, increased HDL-C, HL, SOD( P 〈 0.05). The fatty degeneration and steatosis in liver were ameliorated by sesamin. Conclusion: Sesamin can remarkably modulate lipidemia and cure the NASH. Its mechanism is probably mediated through regulating lipids metabolism and anti-oxidation.
