摘要
目的研讨适用于临床的保护自体静脉移植段内皮细胞的液体,改善血管移植术成功率。方法用配制的四种不同液体,分别在4C,28C,37C条件下,浸泡保存人体大隐静脉移植段1小时,观察血管内皮细胞发生的形态学变化。结果 4℃时B液,P液对内皮细胞损伤小;随着温度升高,N液、B液、P液对内皮细胞脆损伤加重;E液在37℃时仍具有保护内皮细胞的作用;N液组内皮细胞损伤重。结论4℃CB液,P液配制简单,对内皮细胞损伤小,适用于临床,E液配制复杂,易被污染,临床使用受限;不提倡用N液浸泡移植段血管。
Objective To search for solutions which are suitable to clinical practice to preserve human saphanous veins (HSVs)as a substitutes of obstructed vessels. Methods Thirty sections of HSVs were im- mersed in 4 different solutions at 3 different temperature points for 1 h. Then the morphological changes in the veins. endothelia were observed. Results At 4℃ all but heparinized normal saline solution had good venous endothelial preserving effect, and blood was slightly superior to the preserving solutions. As the temperature rose the damage to endothelial cells by all solutions was getting worse except NME solution. The portective effect of DME solution was less influenced by risen temperature. Conclusion Cool blood and cool preserving solution have good effects for pereserving endothelial cells and are easy to be made. Although both cool and warm DME solutions had good protective effect, it is difficult for them to be made and.easily contaminated at 37℃. Both cool and warm normal saline solutions cause damage to venous en- dothelial cells.
