摘要
在不影响电容器耐压以及其它可靠性指标的前提下,以减小电容器比体积为目的,设计了一种新型电容器用金属化薄膜。它的极板有效面方是从空白带向加厚边逐渐变化,即从6Ω/□线性变化到20Ω/□。这一特点使它能够适应电容器极板电流密度的分布趋势,达到电流密度近似均匀分布从而显著提高抗电强度,解决了能力载流量与自愈性不能同时兼顾的难题。
With the precondition of having no influence on electric strength and reliability performance, for purpose to reduce specific volume of a capacitor, this paper proposed a new metalized film designed for capacitor. The resistance in its active area is gradually changed from the blank to the reinforced area, the square resistance varies linearly from 6Ω/囗 to 20Ω/囗. This feature is suitable for the current distribution and makes the current density approximately even, on the metal layer, which greatly improve the electric strength and overcomes the difficulty to improve the selfhealing performance and electric strength at the same time.
