摘要
通过对海德里希真空注油系统的分析,发现注油过程中产生的夹气现象,并通过抬高升降罐、对升降罐充N2加压以及加装排气装置等方式,从中选择符合要求的方式并实施,解决注油管路中的夹气现象,从而达到产品注满油的要求,减少电容器油的消耗。
Based on the analysis to Hedrich vacuum oil injection system, the gas clamping in injection process was found. Through raising, adding N2 pressures to the pot and installing exhaust device, the right way was chosen and product overbriming of oil was solved so as to the oil consumption.
