摘要
近代职业教育在清末时期处于起步阶段,它的诞生和发展推动了教育理念的更新,培养了社会急需的实业人才,充实并完善了教育体系和结构,有着许多可以总结的经验。但由于受到办学条件简陋、师资力量不足、教育规模有限、学生程度较差、观念更新不彻底、办学定位不准确和社会诸多不利因素的影响,早期阶段的职业教育也给我们留下了诸多值得吸取的教训。
Modern vocational education begins at the end of the Qing, which brings about the new concept of education and practical personnel to meet the sociald demand. In addtion, the educational system and structure is much improved. Meanwhile, unsatisfactory factors remain in relation to poor schooling facilities, insufficient teaching staff, limited scale, low intelligence of students, and social prejudices.
