摘要
在宽带卫星通信系统中,拥塞管理功能是系统设计的一个重要内容,对提高系统的业务服务质量、带宽资源利用率具有十分重要的作用。针对宽带卫星通信系统的应用和技术特点,从星地拥塞管理功能分配、带宽资源分配方式、优先级设计、拥塞控制措施等方面对系统的拥塞管理方案进行了设计,采用计算机仿真的方式对地面拥塞控制方式的适应性、所提出的拥塞控制方式的可行性进行了验证,并给出了星载设备缓存容量的配置要求。
In wideband satellite communication systems,the congestion management is an important function for system design. It plays a significant role in improving QoS of system and utilization ratio of bandwidth resources. Based on the characteristics of applications and technologies of the wideband satellite communication system, this paper presents a congestion management scheme for the system respecting the functional assignation of satellite-ground congestion management, the assignment pattern of the bandwidth resources, priority design, and congestion control. The adaptability of using the presented ground congestion control scheme and the feasibility of a congestion control scheme offered in this paper are verified by computer simulation, and the configuration requirements for buffer capacity of the onboard equipment are also provided in the paper.
