区域发展导向型体制的制度创新效应——基于熊彼特式制度创新路径分析

The Effect of Institution-Innovation of China's Regional Development-Oriented Economic System:An Analysis on Schumpeterian Innovation of Institution

运用青木昌彦的熊彼特式制度创新理论重新梳理我国区域发展导向型体制下转轨经济的制度创新路径,把以GDP增长为核心的政绩观作为各级政府博弈所遵从的"共享信念",把"政策引致性扭曲"作为博弈战略选择,证明了中国区域发展导向型体制下的制度创新自发遵从了熊彼特式制度创新路径。进一步对制度创新的经济增长与福利效应进行了分析,在此基础上依据熊彼特式制度创新理论提出进一步完善区域发展导向型体制的政策建议。

This paper applies Schumpeterian Innovation of Institution theory by Masahiko Aoki to re - research the path of institution- innovation of China＇ s regional development - oriented economic system. When all levels of governments take GDP- growth as the core achievements view as games＇ s＂commom knowledge＂ and take ＂policy- induced- distortion＂ as games strategy, it lead the innovation of institution of the China＇ s regional development- oriented system to comply spontaneously with Schumpeterian Innovation of Institution. Then, we further discussed the economical growth and the social welfare effect of institution - innovation by which we could find out the current existence questions in the system and take measures to perfect it.
