摘要
1978年以来,中国从计划经济体制逐步向市场经济体制转轨,进行了全方位的市场化改革。国内外有大量文献针对这一重大的制度变革开展深入的探讨和分析。值得注意的是,这里讨论的"市场化"是不存在意识形态差别的,而是针对"管制"而言的相对概念;中国的市场化是一个制度变迁、创新的过程;这一过程对于经济增长有着积极的影响和作用。
The reform from planned economy towards market oriented economy since 1978 has brought about profound changes in economical and institutional outcomes in China. Considerable literature has emerged to discuss the drastic transform in the past 30 years that China has been going through. This article aims to make the analysis from the perspective of institutional economics. In this paper, the term ＂marketization＂ referred doesn＇t differ in ideology; it is a concept corresponding to ＂manipulation＂. China＇ s economic reform is a process of institutional change and innovation. This process has a positive impact on social and economic development.
