摘要
我国食品安全事件屡屡发生,针对该现象,从经济法角度进行了探讨。在分析经济法的含义、经济法的价值、经济法运行的基础上,进而指出在市场经济下,更需要加强宏观调控,完善市场监管,严格执行相关制度,充分发挥社会监督作用。
China' s food safety has occurred frequently; We discuss this phenomenon from economic law. In the analysis of the meaning of economic law, economic law of value, running on the basis of economic law, pointing out that the market economy, the more the need to strengthen macroeconomic control, market supervision and improve and strictly implement the relevant institutions to give full play to social supervision.
