摘要
我国食品安全事件屡屡发生,针对该现象,从经济法角度进行了探讨。在分析经济法的含义、经济法的价值、经济法运行的基础上,进而指出在市场经济下,更需要加强宏观调控,完善市场监管,严格执行相关制度,充分发挥社会监督作用。
China＇ s food safety has occurred frequently; We discuss this phenomenon from economic law.
