摘要
基于气泡生成及气泡发生器的普遍工作原理,提出新的发泡方式,设计了新的浮选柱用混合气泡发生器。根据设计的几何尺寸及实验室浮选柱运行参数计算了两相气泡的理论尺寸,并通过实测的图像分析结果对理论计算进行验证,分析混合气泡发生器充气性能。
Based on the working principle of the bubble formation and the bubble generator, the mixing bubble generator used in the new flotation column was designed and the new way of the bubble formation was put forward. According to the design geometry and the operating parameters of laboratory deinking flotation column, the theoretical size of bubble in liquid-air phase formed by mixing bubble generator was calculated and testified by the image analysis results. Finally, the aeration performance of the mixing bubble generator was discussed.
