摘要
研究了在未漂竹浆浆内添加含氟丙烯酸酯乳液时,助剂用量对手抄片的湿强度和抗水性能的影响。结果表明,在硫酸铝用量为2.8%,自制阳离子助剂(质量分数15%)及乳液(质量分数40%)用量分别为6.0%和8.0%时,能大大提高纸张的湿强度,纸张湿强度保留率可达44.8%,纸张吸水性(Cobb法)为18.8g/m2。XPS分析显示纸张表面富集了氟元素,SEM测试表明含氟乳液对纤维表面包覆良好,因而赋予纸张优异的力学性能和抗水性。
Fluoroacrylate copolymer emulsions were used in the unbleached bamboo pulp to improve its handsheets' wet strength and water repellency, the effect of the dosage of the copolymer emulsion was investigated. The results showed that at the conditions of Al2(SO4)3 2.8%, the cationic additive (w=15%) 6.0% and the emulsion (w=40%) 8.0%, the handsheet was obtained with Cobb 18.8 g/m^2 and the wet strength index 44.8% of the dry strength index. The results of XPS indicated that fluorine element was rich on the surface of the handsheets. Moreover, it was found from the SEM observation that the fibers surfaces were covered with the fluoroacrylate copolymer, it offered the paper good physical properties and water repellency.
