牦牛坪稀土产业发展现状与环境保护对策研究

Development of Rare Earth Industry in Maoniuping and Research on Countermeasure of Environmental Protection

本文通过分析、评估四川省冕宁县牦牛坪稀土产业发展的现状,针对冕宁县牦牛坪稀土矿区存在的主要环境问题和铅及放射性污染物的来源分析,提出解决环境问题的措施和建议,促使稀土企业建立生态保护、污染治理和放射性防护的长效机制,以科学的发展观促进四川省稀土行业健康、协调、可持续发展。

In this paper, based on the assessment of the status quo of rare earth industrial development in Maoniuping, Mianning County in Sichuan Province, especially the analysis of the existing environmental problems and the sources of lead and radioactive pollutants, solutions were proposed for enterprises to establish long - term mechanism for ecological protection, decontamination and radioactive protection. Therefore the rare earth industry in Sichuan Province could be promoted by scientific outlook on development into a way of health, coordination and sustainability.
