摘要
用95%的乙醇溶剂浸提法从紫荆花中提取红色素的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间0.8h,提取最佳pH为2,提取温度为85℃。通过减压蒸馏,所得紫荆花红色素产率为10.08%,乙醇回收率为78%。此红色素在520nm时的吸光值最大,NaCl对紫荆花红色素有增色作用,蔗糖对色素几乎无影响,H2O2溶液和金属离子对紫荆花色素有破坏作用,特别是Fe3+,Cu2+的加入使紫荆花红色素色泽出现异常。通过红外谱图对照分析,可知紫荆花红色素与玫瑰花色素同属于花色甙类化合物。
As a method of extraction, 95% solvent alcohol was used to extract pigment from flower of cercis chinensis redbud.The optimal extraction processes were obtained as follows:the extraction time was 0.8h, pH value was 2 and the extraction temperature was 85℃.After decompression distillation,the extraction yield of the pigment was 10.08% ,and the return yield of alcohol was 78%.The red pigment had maximum value of absorption in the 520nm.The stability of the red pigment from cercis chinensis redbud were studied in this paper.The results showed that sucrose had no apparent effect on the pigment, NaCI had fortification effect on the pigment, H2O2 and several metal ions such as Fe3+ , Cu2+ had broken effect to change spectrogram structure analysis,this pigment and rose piqment the tincture of the pigment.
