摘要
目的观察中药消肿灵结合西医措施治疗乳糜腹的临床疗效。方法对18例乳糜腹患者采用中药消肿灵,并结合引流、支持疗法、抗炎等治疗。结果临床治愈17例,无效1例,治愈率为94.44%。结论消肿灵结合西医措施治疗乳糜腹临床疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Xiaozhongling Granule＂ and western drugs in treating chyloperitoneum. Methods Eighteen subjects were treated with ＂Xiaozhongling Granule＂ and western drugs. Results Seventeen cases were cured and 1 case failed; and the total effective rate was 94.44%. Conclusion ＂Xiaozhongling Granule＂ and western modalities have good effects on chyloperitoneum.
