复方桂枝茯苓丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠SOD和MDA的影响 被引量:10

Effects of"Fufang Guizhi Fuling Capsule"on SOD and MDA in Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury Rats

摘要 目的观察复方桂枝茯苓丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤(CRI)大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用结扎双侧颈总动脉45 min后再通法,制备CRI大鼠模型。设假手术组(A组),模型组(B组),血塞通对照组(C组),复方桂枝茯苓丸小剂组(D组,含生药剂量为0.42 g/ml),复方桂枝茯苓丸中剂组(E组,含生药剂量为0.84 g/ml),复方桂枝茯苓丸大剂组(F组,含生药剂量为1.68 g/ml)。A、B组均给予0.9%NaCl溶液,C组给予血塞通混悬液,D、E、F组分别给予相应浓度的复方桂枝茯苓丸水煎浓缩液。各组大鼠每日给药剂量均为1 ml·100g^(-1)·d^(-1),早晚各灌胃1次,连续给药2周后,检测大鼠血清与脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果复方桂枝茯苓丸大、中、小剂量组能改善脑缺血后大鼠神经功能缺损体征,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);并能升高大鼠血清与脑组织中SOD活性,同时降低血清与脑组织中MDA含量,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05, P<0.01);不同剂量间以中、大剂量组疗效较为显著,与小剂量组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05);同时,与血塞通对照组比较,复方桂枝茯苓丸中、大剂量疗效无显著差异。结论复方桂枝茯苓丸对CRI大鼠有治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effects of "Fufang Guizhi Fuling Capsule" on cerebral ischemia-repeffusion injury(CRI). Methods CRI model was established by ligating bilateral carotid artery 45 min and then withdrawing the ligation. CRI rats were randomized into group A( sham group) ,group B( model group) ,group C ( treated with "Xuesaitong Tablet" ), group D( treated with 0.42 g/ml of " Fufang Guizhi Fuling Capsule" ), group E( treated with 0.84 g/ml of " Fufang Guizbi Fuling Capsule" ), and group F( treated with 1.68 g/ml of " Fufang Guizhi Fuling Capsule" ). Two weeks later, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and MDA content in serum and brain tissue were detected. Results The Capsule could increase SOD activity, reduce MDA content, and relieve neurological deficits in CRI rats(P〈O. O5,P〈O. O1). Conclusion "Fufang Guizhi Futing Capsule" is effective against CRI.
