对纳达依表达式作了简单证明,以表明它具有严格性,而并非为经验公式.将纳达依表达式应用于圆柱形试样扭转试验时真实扭转应力的测定.提出了一种新而简单的真实扭转应力测定方法,即图解法.用此法对铝合金和钢测定其真实扭转应力,并与常用方法所测定的名义扭转应力相比较.结果表明,名义的规定非比例扭转应力和名义的抗扭强度较大地高于真实的规定非比例扭转应力和真实抗扭强度.这是因为名义扭转应力和名义抗扭强度的测定和计算的方法不合理所造成.
A brief proofing for Nadai's expression has been made to demonstrate it having general exactitude, not being an experiential formula. Nadai's expression is applied to the determination of true torsion stress of a cylindrical test piece. A new and simple method, i. e. the graphical method, for determining the true torsion stress is proposed. Using this method, the true torsion stresses of alluminium alloy and steel are determined respectively. The results are compared with the nominal torsion stress measured by the conventional method. It is shown that the nominal proof stress of non-proportional torsion and the nominal torsion strength are much higher than the true's. The large differences are caused by the unreasonableness of the conventional method for measurement and calculation of torsion stress.
