摘要
原煤含水量采用常规测试方法由于耗时长(3H),无法满足火电生产工艺要求,本文提出的采用微波加热及结合抽真空和提高脱水温度的快速失重法,可将测试时间缩短到50秒以内,测试结果与常规测试方法无显著差异;在此基础上本文设计了一套完整的原煤含水量在线测试系统,具有操作方便、快速、与集散控制系统接口方便等优点,结果也较为准确。
It takes about 3h to measure water ratio of coal by means of common method , so this method can't be fulfilled need of power produce technics . A new method of rapidly drying is afforded in this paper ,which use micro wave as heating source integrated with vacuuming and making higher heating temperature , with this method ,the test time can be shorted to fifty seconds greatly , moreover without prominent difference .Then a new on-line measurement system have been designed in this paper ,It has such advantage as easily operating 、rapidly. and convenience interface with distributed control system ,moreover with relatively accurate test result .
