摘要
张力控制在纺织、造纸等工业生产中十分重要,文中建立了卷绕系统的张力控制数学模型,设计了控制器,并用单片机实现了该系统的恒张力控制。实验表明,该方法性能稳定可靠,实现简单,控制精度高,有较大的推广应用价值。
Tension control plays an important role in textile and paper industry. In this paper, tension control model for winding system is established at first, and then the controller is designed and realized by AT89C52 microcontroller. Experiment results show that the system has good performance on safety, reliability, precision and high value for application.
