论我国无人岛屿旅游资源的开发与保护

The Tourism Resource Development and Protection of China’s Unmanned Islands

无人岛屿开发是发展海洋事业的重要内容,我国沿海11个省区大市共拥有6500余座500平方米以上的无人岛屿,资源蕴藏十分丰富,然而由于自然因素和社会经济条件限制,长期以来,我国无人岛屿的开发缺乏科学的论证和规划、忽视保护和管理,滥砍滥伐、采石炸礁、挖滩取沙等破坏性行为严重。文章在全面分析我国无人岛屿开发情况和存在问题后,提出因岛制宜、协调发展、开发与保护并举等原则,并特别针对适宜开展旅游项目开发的无人岛屿,提出了开发策略。

Unmanned islands development plays an important role in ocean development. Over 6500 unmanned islands, accounting for over 500 square meters and lying along 11 Coastal provinces and cities, are very rich in resources reserves. However, due to natural and socio-economic limitations, destruction of the China＇s unmanned islands is serious, such as lacking of scientific demonstration and planning, ignoring protection and management, deforestation, quarrying and reef explosion. This paper analyzes the problems in the development of unmanned islands and proposes some principles and strategies to assure the coordinated development of unmanned islands.
