摘要
由于机器人焊装工位仿真对象复杂以及传统仿真方法难以建立其准确的仿真模型,本文提出了基于EM-Engineer仿真平台的机器人焊装工位可视化仿真系统。研究了仿真建模、焊接工序规划和机器人运动轨迹规划等关键技术。最后利用该系统实现了某车型总成线机器人工位的可视化仿真。通过可视化仿真实现了该工位的内容规划和生产过程仿真,并依据仿真结果得到了优化方案。
In this paper. Visual simulation system of point-Welding robot station of Automobile welding Product line based on eM- Engineer is presented. Some the key technologies, such as the simulation feature model, wehting route planning and the robot's spatial motion planning, are analyzed. Finally,a simulation system of a point-welding robot station of Automobile welding Product line is established.The layout of the work station and the dynamic simulation of production process are realized based on the visual simulation.So we can propose a optimal solution based on the simulation results.
