摘要
本文论述了将微处理技术和HART协议通信技术引入温度控制器中,实现高精度温度控制器的信号补偿、自适应校正、远程监控等功能。本文首先从硬件方面分析和论述了基于HART协议的高精度温度控制器的温度采集控制电路设计、信号隔离(光耦与脉宽展宽)电路设计、信号输入电路设计与通信信号滤波电路设计,最后简单介绍了软件设计总体结构。
This paper discussed something about applying the technology of microprocessor and HART communications Protocol to temperature transmitter, to realize temperature transmitter's signal compensating, self-calibration, and remote control. It analyzed and discussed on circuit design of temperature transmittal, signal isolation (light and electrical coupling and widen pulse) circuit design, signal input circuit design and the communication signal filtering circuit design. At last, it introduces the main structure of the software in summary.
