摘要
文章基于社会心理学家放宽对个体追求效用最大化假设的模型和观点,将组织中个体间相互影响力的差异性引入模型,并就模型中关键因素的多种变化情况对模型的影响进行了模拟分析。发现组织中个体间影响力差异性大小、相互间作用频率等因素对组织行为模式的演进具有重要的影响。
This paper introduces the difference among the individual's influences on each other in the model which was built by socialists who didn't assume individuals maximizing their utilities, and then simulates the key factors' influences on Organizational Patterns of Behaviors (OPB)'s evolution under many states. The results show that the key factors such as differences of influence power and interaction frequency have important influences on OPB's evolution in an organization.
