金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒分离株毒素基因的PCR分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的:应用PCR方法对武汉市近年来收集的19株金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒分离株进行毒素基因检测并分析其分布情况。方法:PCR扩增经鉴定的金黄色葡萄球菌的毒素基因SA、clfA、nuc、coa、MRSA、mecA和肠毒素基因sea-seq,电泳检测扩增产物。结果:19株金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒分离株均检出SA、clfA、nuc、coa基因,均未检测到MRSA、mecA基因,均检测到肠毒素基因,同时检出2种以上肠毒素基因的菌株占79%,检出sea基因的占58%,检出sem基因的占68%,检出sen基因的占89%,检出seq基因的占53%。结论:PCR方法可在金黄色葡萄球菌毒素基因的检测上发挥重要作用。 Objective:A total of 19 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolates from food-poisoning episodes in Wuhan were detected and analyzed for the distribution of toxin genes by PCR assay.Methods:Toxin genes including SA,clfA,nuc,coa,MRSA,mecA and sea-seq among Staphylococcus aureus isolates identified were amplified by PCR,and detected by electrophoresis.Results:The toxin genes of SA,clfA,nuc,coa and enterotoxins but not MRSA and mecA could be detected from 19 Staphylococcus aureus isolates from food-poisoning episodes.Staphylococcus aureus isolates with more than one toxin genes accounted for 79%,the isolates with sea gene accounted for 58%,the isolates with sem gene accounted for 68%,the isolates with sen gene accounted for 89%,the isolates with seq gene accounted for 53%.Conclusion:PCR assay may play an important role in detection of toxin genes among Staphylococcus aureus isolates.
