EB virus′ detections and analysis of related diseases that infected by EB virus

目的:探讨EB病毒在不同年龄段、不同季节的发病率及分析EB病毒感染相关疾病。方法:取静脉血3 ml,分离血清,经ELISA法进行IgM的检测(试剂由北京科斯塔迪生物技术有限公司提供),方法依照试剂盒所示。结果:在112例受检人中,共检出EBV抗体阳性血清92例,占受检人数的82.14%,其中以血液系统疾病为多,其次是心血管、呼吸、消化系统等疾病。男性感染率高于女性,未成年组感染率高于成年组,夏季感染率均高于春、秋和冬季(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果显示,EB病毒感染可导致机体多系统损害,如果能及时地对临床相关疾病作相应的实验室检查,将有助于及早发现、明确诊断、及时治疗、避免误诊、贻误病情。

Objective：To investigate the disease rate of EB virus in different age groups and different seasons and analyze the EB virus-related diseases.Methods：To take venous blood 3ml,separat serum from the blood,then detect IgM in serum by ELISA method（reagents from Beijing Kesitadi Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.）,in accordance with the method shown in the kit.Results：A total 92 cases of EBV-positive antibody serum have been found in 112 cases of human subjects,accounting for the number of subjects of 82.14%.Among them,the blood system diseases take main portion,followed by cardiovascular system,respiratory system and digestive system diseases etc.As to the rate of infection,the male is higher than female,minor group is higher than the adult group,the infection rates in summer are the highest（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：This article shows that EB virus′ infection in the body could lead to multi-system damage,It might be helpful in early detection,diagnosis and timely treatment to avoid misdiagnosis,delaying the disease if relevant laboratory inspections of the involved clinical disease would been done on time.
